Resumen

We present a feature-based theory of phrase structure category labels
which assigns an appropriate category to unlike category coordinations
such as (Fred is) [[a Democrat] and [proud of it]]: we
propose that unlike category coordinations are specified as including
features of the phrase structure categories of each of the conjuncts.
